How does timezone support work?
Pickawhen automatically detects each participant's timezone and displays times accordingly. When you create a poll at 2pm in New York, your colleague in London sees it as 7pm. No more confusion!
Can I use Pickawhen for group scheduling?
Absolutely! Choose "Group poll" mode when creating your poll. All participants can mark their availability, and you'll see an overview of when everyone is free.
What happens after someone books a time?
Both you and the participant receive email confirmations with one-click buttons to add the meeting directly to Google Calendar, Outlook, or Yahoo Calendar. An .ics file is also attached for Apple Calendar and other apps.
Is my data safe?
We take privacy seriously. All poll data is stored securely in the EU, and we never share your information with third parties. Admin links use cryptographically secure tokens.
