Yes, Pickawhen is fully GDPR compliant. All data is stored exclusively on EU servers (Germany). We never share your information with third parties, and you can request deletion of your data at any time.

Do I need to create an account?

No account is needed. Simply create a poll, share the link with participants, and manage everything through secure, unique URLs sent to your email.

How does timezone support work?

Pickawhen automatically detects each participant's timezone and displays times accordingly. When you create a poll at 2pm in New York, your colleague in London sees it as 7pm.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pickawhen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Service Description

Pickawhen provides a web-based scheduling tool that allows users to:

Create polls with available time slots
Share polls via unique links
Allow participants to book time slots
Receive email notifications about bookings

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

No Accounts Required

Pickawhen operates without user accounts. Access to poll management is controlled through unique admin links sent via email. You are responsible for keeping your admin link secure.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Pickawhen to:

Send spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited bulk messages
Harass, threaten, or intimidate others
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Overload our servers with excessive requests
Collect or harvest user data
Use automated tools or bots to create polls or bookings
Impersonate another person or entity
Upload malicious content or links

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms, without prior notice.

User Content

You are responsible for all content you create (poll titles, descriptions, locations). You agree not to create content that is:

Illegal or promotes illegal activities
Defamatory, harassing, or threatening

Contains personal data of others without their consent

By creating content on Pickawhen, you grant us a limited license to display and transmit that content as necessary to provide the service.

Data Handling

Polls are automatically deleted after 1 year. You can delete your poll anytime using your admin link.

Limitation of Liability
