For Meeting Organizers

Creating a scheduling poll takes less than 2 minutes. Here's the process:

Create Your Poll

Start by giving your meeting a title and adding some optional details like a description or location.

  • Enter a descriptive title (e.g., "Team Sync" or "Coffee Chat with John")
  • Add optional notes or a video call link
  • Choose between 1:1 booking (each slot books once) or group poll (collect availability)
  • Set your preferred meeting duration (15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes)

Select Your Available Times

Use our intuitive calendar to mark when you're free. Just click and drag to select time slots.

  • Navigate between days and weeks using the calendar
  • Click and drag to select multiple time slots at once
  • Times are shown in your local timezone
  • Add as many available slots as you want across different days

Share Your Link

Once you create your poll, you'll get two links: one to share with participants and one for admin access.

  • Participant link: Share this with anyone you want to meet
  • Admin link: Keep this safe—it lets you manage responses and edit your poll
  • Both links are sent to your email for safekeeping
  • Share via email, Slack, text, or anywhere else

Available times automatically display in your local timezone.

Pick a Time (or Mark Availability)

For 1:1 meetings, select and book a slot. For group polls, mark all times that work.

Get Confirmation

Receive an email with meeting details and one-click buttons to add it to Google Calendar, Outlook, or Yahoo. An .ics file is also included.
