What happens after someone books?
For individual appointments, the selected time becomes unavailable to other people. The participant receives a confirmation and a private response link to cancel. A cancellation makes the time available again, subject to the booking deadline.
Try booking an example appointmentChoose individual appointments or shared sessions
Choose Book appointments for one person per time slot. Choose Fill a session when several people can attend the same session, then set the number of places. A group scheduling poll is useful when participants must first vote on a shared meeting time.
Set a minimum booking notice if you need time to prepare. For sessions with several places, you can also limit how many bookings each person can make.
Generate times from scheduling rules
Enter a date range, weekdays, working hours and appointment duration. Add a gap between appointments, a lunch break or excluded dates. For example, offer 20-minute appointments on Tuesday from 13:00 to 15:00 with ten-minute gaps. The preview shows four starts: 13:00, 13:30, 14:00 and 14:30.
You can enter the rules in the form or describe them in the optional homepage chat. The chat sends text to an external AI provider. Use dates, times and scheduling requirements only; add names and contact details in the later event form. Check the full preview because the assistant can misread a requirement.
Manage cancellations and available places
Participants can cancel through their private response link. You can enable a waiting list in the booking settings. A waiting-list notice tells someone a place may be available; they must complete the booking to reserve it.
The organizer page lets you review bookings and export a participant list. Keep that page and the exported list private.
