Whole days when the times can wait
Choose a group poll with dates without fixed times. Add a date range for each possible weekend. For example, 9 to 10 January 2027 is one option, and 16 to 17 January is another. A Yes response means that the person can attend that whole period.
Date-only options retain the same calendar dates across time zones. Explain in the event description whether the stay includes Friday evening or only Saturday and Sunday. You can agree on travel times after choosing the weekend.
One continuous event with exact times
If arrival and departure times matter, use timed options. Enter a start date and time and an end date and time, such as Saturday at 09:00 until Sunday at 15:00. This is one continuous option for the overnight stay.
Individual appointment booking divides availability into separate bookable times. For a group choosing which weekend to attend together, use a group vote and review each complete weekend before creating the poll.
Create several possible weekends
You can enter the ranges yourself or use the optional homepage chat. For example: “Suggest every Saturday-to-Sunday weekend from January through June 2027, without fixed times.” Check that the preview contains one option per weekend and that both endpoint dates are correct.
The chat sends your text to an external AI provider. Keep it to scheduling requirements and add personal details later. Remove holiday weekends or dates you already know will not work. These are alternative dates for one trip. Enable a recurring meeting only when you intend to hold several separate events.
